TD est la banque en laquelle j’ai le plus confiance. Leurs employés sont sympathiques et efficaces. Tout à l’heure, lorsque j’ai payé ma carte de crédit en espèces, un billet de 20 $ était coincé entre des billets de 50 $. Après mon départ, un employé l’a remarqué, m’a appelé pour m’en informer et l’a déposé sur mon compte. Un grand bravo pour leur professionnalisme !
Cette succursale a des graves problèmes de sécurité. Les incidents malheureusement ont eu lieu à plus d'une reprise avec des personnes différentes.
Tuesday morning I had trouble with accessing my login on the app. I was told to come in branch for assistance. This young teller was very helpful and she was efficient. Always great service in this branch.
Today, I was supposed to meet an advisor at 2PM to discuss a certain topic, but this advisor called me at 11AM, 3 hours before the appointment to cancel on me because it’s a topic that she can’t help me with. I booked this appointment a week ago and had to make arrangements at work so I can go to this appointment. I would understand if you cancel on me due to an emergency, but you had one week to tell me that you can’t help me and yet you called me 3 hours before the appointment to cancel.
