Ils l’ont fait patienter et continuaient de traiter avec d’autres clients, et à la fin le renvoyer gentiment en lui disant que ce n’est pas possible de procéder au dépôt puisque il n’a pas de compte à la TD. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had consulted with Patrick Jacobe in April 2024 for a consolidation loan, everything was dandy until it got to follow ups of my application. This guy just ghosted me, never answered my many many emails, I'm pretty sure he blocked my number from calling his extension. When I'd call the branch to talk to him he was "always on lunch break".
