A good branch with excellent service and courteous, knowledgeable staff.
This one is the best branch in Brossard. Jessica C. and Saba were the only ones to resolve my very complicated problem. It was related to a fraud and they manage to resolve it !!! It was a huge releive once resolved. They are very competent, patient and professionnal. It took a long time to resolve, so Saba offered me a glass of water. What a sweet gesture and attention. I went into a TD Bank branch on May 1 to pick up two credit cards (one regular and one express). The first teller I spoke with told me the express card hadn’t arrived, said both cards were basically the same, and didn’t seem to understand how the express shipping timeline for TD credit cards works.
