TD branch #4481 is the worst that I have encountered. I've been trying to buy back my pension twice now with TD bank, I need a cheque to be sent from TD to Pension Canada using my RRSP. I provided the documents needed to the associate Alexandre Gendreau at branch #4481, it was end of April. It seemed like everything was fine, but after one month, nothing happened, I contacted Alexandre, he said there was a minor problem, I had to contact Pension Canada to get permission so TD can send the cheque to pay back my RRSP. A good branch with excellent service and courteous, knowledgeable staff.
This one is the best branch in Brossard. Jessica C. and Saba were the only ones to resolve my very complicated problem. It was related to a fraud and they manage to resolve it !!! It was a huge releive once resolved. They are very competent, patient and professionnal. It took a long time to resolve, so Saba offered me a glass of water. What a sweet gesture and attention.
