Every single time you come it’s minimum 20-25 min wait, You figure that the manager would realise this and add a teller, or two , it’s ridiculous .
I had a very disappointing experience with TD Bank – Sainte-Dorothée branch. I applied for a loan over a month ago, and the process has been nothing but frustrating. Despite being told that everything was approved and I only needed to sign, I never received the documents. There was no proper follow-up, and I had to constantly follow up myself with no clear answers. The lack of professionalism and communication was extremely frustrating. The bank itself is super clean they have awesome staff members i was served by evangelos to open my first account ever and they were very helpful and it was very fast if u need help with anything i suggest this branch!
I visited this TD branch 2-3 weekends ago for a personal problem, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Luca. While waiting in line, I observed him assisting an elderly customer who was struggling to understand certain aspects of his account.
