They removed access to their ATM outside of business hours… causing TD customers to have to pay fees at other ATMs if they need to withdraw their money outside of 9 to 5 Monday to Friday (Outside of the account fees, we already pay ) Their solution was to put an ATM on the outside of the building, however, this is frequently out of service. 4 mornings out service since last Monday the 15th. We bank because of Manager Andy he is the best!
I joined this bank for the late hours (9am-8pm) but recently they were only open till 4pm and now they’ve locked the ATM off except for business hrs?! I can’t even put cash in when my account gets low over the weekend, limiting my online purchases, and risking overdrawing my account when unexpected payments are removed.
Very limited hours. People who work 9-5 can never get help or make deposits etc. the ATM is locked so you can’t pay your bills because you can’t deposit money! I’m going to change to a bank that I can actually use!
VERY DISPLEASED! Your ATM is locked and there is no access on evenings or weekends. For what am I paying exactly??? Use your vast profits to help the homeless rather than causing this rip off! I also just had an elderly customer unable to access their funds to pay for his food! What are you even thinking to allow this situation? What is WRONG WITH YOU?
