Very unprofessional staff
She was talking about other things rather then focusing on her job, she missed to give me statements for 2020 which I ordered a week ago, now I have to go back again on monday, very bad service.
I have been banking at this location for more than 10 years and watch over the years where the service has deteriorated. They have move aware from being customer focus. Visited the location today, at 2pm with 5 people in queue and three tellers. It took me 45mins to finally make it to a teller after watching 2 of the three tellers gathered at the cash machine, engaging in conversation with the queue growing longer and longer and with a few people just giving up and leaving.
