I went there today around 1230, there was a huge line up but there were 5 tellers open. The line was moving slowly and the tellers kept closing their wickets. By he time it was my turn the line up was short but there was only one wicket open and the only one that was open was a teller training a new teller! Why do they keep closing their wickets when there still people waiting to be served???
Very unprofessional staff
She was talking about other things rather then focusing on her job, she missed to give me statements for 2020 which I ordered a week ago, now I have to go back again on monday, very bad service.
