Went to this branch 2 weeks ago to get a certified cheque. The teller told me he will take the money first out of the savings account, but he didn’t mention there will be a transaction fee. He only mentioned to me the fee of the cheque itself. If he mentioned the transaction fee, or even better, asked if I have the TD app installed, he could have demonstrated good customer service by offering me the opportunity to do the transfer myself and avoid that fee, but unfortunately Canadian banks have lower reputation compared to th... read more
I had a great experience at TD Bank thanks to Sofia’s outstanding service. She was very considerate of my schedule and helped book an early appointment, which made everything super convenient. I only had to wait about 10 minutes when I arrived, and the process of opening my account was quick and smooth. Sofia was friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience hassle-free.
