Very good customer service
I never leave reviews, but what I witnessed at the TD Brampton branch with Branch Manager KATE TRINADAD was absolutely disgusting. I came in to ask about mortgage renewal rates .. just a simple visit… and ended up seeing the branch manager yelling and swearing at staff in front of customers. She was loudly using profanity and creating a scene that left everyone around uncomfortable and shocked. What is going on TD BANK????
