I had a very disappointing experience with TD Bank. I purchased a gold bar from them, and at the time of purchase, I was promised delivery within 15 days. However, it has now been over 4 months and I still have not received my order. My money has been completely tied up during this time, and there has been no proper resolution or clear communication. I had a frustrating experience with Parul Sharma back in May of this year. Bad customer service. Basically she was no help whatsoever. Thank goodness I was able to go to another TD branch that was able to help me out. Though years ago in 2021, I did deal with Francesco U who was actually very helpful. Unfortunately he was no longer working there; otherwise I would have dealt with him, as he provided excellent customer service. I would not go back to this branch.
