I had a frustrating experience with Parul Sharma back in May of this year. Bad customer service. Basically she was no help whatsoever. Thank goodness I was able to go to another TD branch that was able to help me out. Though years ago in 2021, I did deal with Francesco U who was actually very helpful. Unfortunately he was no longer working there; otherwise I would have dealt with him, as he provided excellent customer aervice. I would not go back to this branch.
No customer service what’s so ever
