Great experience with account opening, staff there is cooperative and experienced!
This bank is absolutely awful! Over 20 minutes waiting in the teller line to see if there was a personal banker available. (Which of course there wasn't) Whose bright idea was it to eliminate the front service desk? Some overpaid goof in the head office no doubt. I'm standing there in line trying to get the attention of the manager or anybody who walked by and they don't even look at you. Like they're trying to avoid contact with anybody. Branch is closed, ATM room closed and drive thru ATM is out of service
My mum and I went to deal with the closing of a locker. However, one of the tellers told us we needed to book an appointment as there is a "procedure" and they needed to clear the line first, even though we were patiently waiting like everyone else. Well, we called TD to confirm if an appointment was necessary, and they said no appointment is necessary for what we were there for...
