Extremely disappointing experience at this TD branch. I strongly advise avoiding this location altogether — the current 2.7 rating already reflects the reality. I applied for a line of credit, and it took them 10 days just to provide a response. That alone shows the level of inefficiency and lack of urgency. Staff working there , very nice they r polite knowledgeable. They always welcome everyone with smile on their face .
Very disappointed with the service at TD Bank today. I waited in line for about 20 minutes, then staff told me to sit and that someone would help me shortly. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes and no one came to assist me. I felt completely ignored. This was a very poor customer service experience and needs improvement.
