Fees keep going up. All banks close by 6. Inside atm not accessible because all doors are locked. Most drive though is not working. I'm sick of this. Why are we paying such high fees for suck poor service. Most location use to open until 8 and u can back on Sundays. Not anymore but the fees keep rising. If you need an appointment for anything you have to wait days

One of the best branch. All tellers are very helpfu and they go above and beyond. Idris was very helpful. . I brought my business to them from another branch.Thank you TD sandalwood branch

⭐ 1/5 This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience at this TD Canada Trust location. The service is consistently slow, even when the branch isn’t busy, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to deal with such poor customer service, especially from a major bank. I won’t be returning to this branch.

As a previous customer to TD bank in 2009. I left because of the quality of customer service. After consideration of returning again now in 2025, I applied for a Service that would take some time to get approved. I provided all necessary documentation to support my income to only be declined and not provided a solid reason as to why. After making a complaint to Easy Line the branch manager did not make an effort to reach out to me to apologize about the hassle faced with my experience from her staff member.
