Absolutely the worst branch I have dealt with. The ATM cash-deposit service has been out of order for three months, with no apparent urgency to fix it. On top of that, the branch closes a minute early, and when I tried to speak with the manager, the response was essentially to point at the clock and indicate that the branch was closed. Branch manager needs to re evaluate there staffing strategy, this bank never had issues before, but recently they have been consistently been understaffed, saving money on HR expenses at the cost of long wait times for customers is not a good look new team is not as good as the old one and it shows.
