Very rude and uncooperative Manager. Waited for more than half and hour, super slow and still were not able to fix the issue..Such a waste of time visiting this branch..don't deserve even one star...Worst branch ever..will never visit ever again.The other TD branches are at least faster and way more professional than them.
I can go through less than one start bcoz these peopel not deserving wait 2 hour in line then get to talk teller nd then they don’t have any knowledge about how to certificate cheques all people with senior staff and new are 0 level knowledge about the thing gone on banks . Never ever wanna come back in this branch !!
The lines are always 20 min long. One you get to the teller, they want to know about your day.... less chitchat and move more people pls
to bad experience sukhjeet the old lady that sit behind the main counter is too rude to customer and refuses to do work of clients and suggested to go other branch that she has very busy branch such an arrogant and rude ladz
Slower than the slowest service. They don’t move at all. This is the reason businesses are installing automation systems. I saw a number of employees, more than any bank in the area, but still, half of the computers were waiting for someone to log in. One of the tellers was literally waiting for her system to turn on for around 15 minutes when another told her to log in to the computer next to her. Seriously? This is how TD cares about customers' time? Extremely slow service.
