Slow, slow, did I mention slow? Wait times not uncommon to be 35+ minutes to be able to see an advisor or teller. Customer service below par but normal for Brampton.
The employees of this bank will inspire you, to change banks ASAP. The manager Jaspreet Thind is rude and unhelpful. She would rather stare at a blank computer screen than do her job. Her incompetence flows down to her employees such as Vishal Parmar who takes more than 40 minutes to do something that he claims will take "5 minutes". Not only that he is very unhelpful and has poor people skills. If you want to experience the worst the TD has to offer, visit this branch. This branch really deserves 0 stars.
The two female employees at the front help desk watched several customers try and use a bank machine that didn't have any CAD currency. (The only way to know there was no $ was after going through all the prompts, and at the end it says Out of CAD$) I went and told them and they said that they are aware. I suggested that maybe it's a good idea to post a sign so others don't waste their time. The woman replied, "sure and thank you" and went back to her personal conversation with the other employee.
