Waiting was normal. Staff was helpful specially Jaspreet kaur.
A very good branch with very good staff, jaspreet jandu was very good. She was very kind and supportive through us opening and account and helping us understand banking better and got our account ready quick as possible. I recommend booking an appointment with her to get the best possible outcome of your banking service. The best, the best absolutely. Thank you Ms. Jaspreet jandu.

Updated: Had an absolutely AWFUL experience today at this branch with a PBA who's name is Jeena Sandhu at around 10:40am on Thursday April 10th. To start with, I recently changed the pin to my debit card, and inputted it in wrong 2 times. I can understand how this can be frustrating for the teller, but as I wanted to reinput it for a third time, this teller whispers to me and says "hurry" with an irritated tone in her voice. Had a disappointing experience on April 3, 2025, around 1 PM. The front desk helper was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. She didn’t know how to speak with customers properly and showed no willingness to assist in a patient or helpful manner. Instead of being courteous, she seemed uninterested and dismissive. It’s frustrating when staff members don’t take their roles seriously, especially in a customer-facing position.
