Had a disappointing experience on April 3, 2025, around 1 PM. The front desk helper was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. She didn’t know how to speak with customers properly and showed no willingness to assist in a patient or helpful manner. Instead of being courteous, she seemed uninterested and dismissive. It was my first visit to this TD Bank location since moving to the area, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Prabhpreet Kaur was incredibly thorough and helpful, answering all our questions about my account with patience and expertise. Thanks to her guidance, my wife and I now have a clear understanding of the best approach to saving. We will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you Prabhpreet!
I wish I can give zero star. Not once but 3 times in the last one year already I have scheduled appointment and being turned away. And the best part is they are telling me “We can’t help you today, do you understand what I’m saying?” So condescending! Oh I understand I just can’t believe what I heard. Had no option but to give one star. Been a TD bank customer for years now have business account here. Never had this bad experience ever. Manager with grey suit is all about making faces and giving attitude. She thinks she works different from other branches. Never seen a brown lady being this racist against colored people.
