I have always had a positive experience with TD, but unfortunately, my recent interactions with this branch have been disappointing. I requested assistance in opening an RRSP account, but I received little to no support throughout the process. Initially, Jack, the Assistant Manager, held my bank draft for several days due to the large amount.
