I CAME TO TD AND MET SHREYA FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I WAS GUIDED VERY WELL ABOUT THE BANKING SERVICES. SHREYA EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN FULL DETAIL AND MADE ME FEEL SATISFIED ABOUT ALL THE PRODUCTS. SHE HELPED US APPLY FOR CREDIT CARD TOO AND THE SERVICE IS APPRECIATED. SHE ALSO ASSISTED MY DAUGHTER IN OPENING HER STUDENT ACCOUNT.
Very nice management
Would give it 0 if I could. Used to go to this bank since a teenager and now I avoid at all cost. Ridiculous lines all the time with only 2 clerks on the tills. Always 1-2 managers sitting around looking at the line doing nothing. If you complain to the manager about wasting peoples times to get help for their OWN accounts, she says “not much I can do”. How about you start clearing the line? Do the work for the people that keep their money at TD so you continue to have a job?
