This bank is in a very convenient location, but unfortunately, they consistently seem to have very few tellers working. The wait times are often much longer than they should be, especially when there are clearly other staff members available. It’s frustrating to see employees chatting in the back while customers are waiting in line to be helped. For such a busy and convenient location, they really need to prioritize having enough staff at the counter and providing more efficient customer service.
Their Management team even don’t know how to deal with customers, customer service rating is 0. They are showing attitudes to the customers if they ask the questions. May be you guys should give trainings to branch managers first instead of new employees, at least they would know how to deal with customers. Worst Experience Ever only at this branch.
Unprofessional behaviour, they don’t know how to talk to the customers. The manager working in the afternoon shift around 1:30pm don’t know how to talk nicely, she doesn’t have time although she was chit chat with her colleague. Worst branch I have ever visited I closed my account now. Thank you for your customer service.
If anyone is wondering why their ratings are so low. It’s because they’re facts. Terrible service. Employees management etc are far from being professional. 0 stars. Do not go to this location
I CAME TO TD AND MET SHREYA FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I WAS GUIDED VERY WELL ABOUT THE BANKING SERVICES. SHREYA EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN FULL DETAIL AND MADE ME FEEL SATISFIED ABOUT ALL THE PRODUCTS. SHE HELPED US APPLY FOR CREDIT CARD TOO AND THE SERVICE IS APPRECIATED. SHE ALSO ASSISTED MY DAUGHTER IN OPENING HER STUDENT ACCOUNT.
