Outstanding experience! The bank's staff is very knowledgeable, patient, polite, positive, going the extra mile to help with any accounts topics. I traveled from US for the appointment and they were very welcoming and caring, promptly solving all my requirements. Example is Jaspreet Jandu, personal banker, very professional, friendly, going above and beyond. Also to mention the branch manager, Gurpreet Dhaliwal, very cordial and caring. I strongly recommend this branch.
Long wait time in Branch, I personally did waited for 40 minutes but service provided by staff is exceptional, really satisfied with service provided by Adamya. 10/10 satisfied. I had my 85 year old mom with me, he was able to listen her and provided service at best. Another, Branch representative Gurpreet was friendly too. This branch needs to improve wait times but rest their staff is good and friendly. 10/10 satisfied
