Went to 2 branches & made atleast 5 calls to Phone banking, but Shibuza in Trinity Commons branch solved the same issue for me in 5 mins, which another banker told me would take 15 days and phone banking guy said would take 4 weeks, Shibuza solved it in 10 mins. Thanks a ton.
I had a great experience with Akashdeep Kullar. He was very helpful, polite, and kind throughout the whole process.
Priya was extremely helpful when I had questions about fraud on my account. She patiently answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and helped me get a new card issued. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I really appreciated how patient she was throughout the entire process. Thank you, Priya, for making a stressful situation so much easier!
