I been to this branch few times and always had challenge with manager(Blonde lady) each time different issues, Today was very funny excuse to don't do my job, They enjoy to make you angry, Same transaction was done in another branch very easy. I will call to their customer service they need to stop her.
I went at this branch to withdraw some money out if my own account. Teller Srusthy asked me to sign the paper which says I am not taking any money out of my account under someone force or money laundering which I signed, then she went to her manager sitting at back digged into My account pull out my transaction and after 5 mins came to me and denied from giving me own money and said these seems to be fraud activity and escalating to fraud department because I withdraw some amount from atm and some from bank. Every time i go in here, they lie to me about something, and not small things, and not misunderstandings, or lack of training etc. For example, they claimed that once a mortgage is paid off you MUST discharge, non-optional. Lie. Told I can get a heloc for no cost if I do it in a given time frame. Lie. I asked about some docs - got a look like I was crazy - an hour later I get a call to come pick up the docs. etc, etc, etc. Total farce. These people are un-trained, incompetent, uncaring and willing to lie. Go elsewhere.
