Long lines staff doesn’t care about customers waiting in lines ..Staff free roam around ..you guys should respect everyones time.

I come to this branch hoping atleast once they will be able to help me or provide the service that they are supposed to . But ,the service is just getting worse and worse Every time I go to the branch I always have to almost fight for my own rights sort of situation None of the services reps are helpful. If I could give negative stars to them I would give it to them !!! There are many stories I can write on their bad service !!
