Hi I am very disappointed with the customer service i have got from the best bank in Canada and specially in the heart of Brampton (Trinity Common Mall) by your Assistant Manager Karan Gupta. I have been TD Customer since 2012 and using this bank’s services in a good manner and never had any complaint in my life and that’s why i opened my wife’s account in this bank and set it up as home branch for her. Staff customer service lower than most branches . This branch takes no effort to explain what your options are and prefer you walk out and go to another branch rather than assist you . Particularly Shree who was covering for manager .
The bank teller Sruthy would want some customer service training! Under no circumstances should she be so condescending to people, trying to school them about who to give their bank card to. If you don't allow other people to lodge money into an account just politely explain that, don't think you're so high and mighty to be telling a paying customer off for handing their card to their spouse.
