Went there for the first time Saturday. It was by accident. Make a mistake in booking. Tran Vu Thai Binh took care of me. The Teller that greeted me did comunicate with Service Advisor. 10 Plust minutes of waiting. End result I was a very happy man when I left. Opened a TD Special offer GIC !
I am appalled by the behaviour of some staff members at this location. Notably one teller by the name of Amal has been completely out of line within the branch to customers— treating customers disrespectfully because of their skin colour. When confronted gently weeks later to request a positive interaction and mutual respect in the future, she was erratic.
