I am appalled by the behaviour of some staff members at this location. Notably one teller by the name of Amal has been completely out of line within the branch to customers— treating customers disrespectfully because of their skin colour. When confronted gently weeks later to request a positive interaction and mutual respect in the future, she was erratic. I was in there this morning and what I witnessed was beyond disturbing. A young woman was being berated by a teller. Acting extremely aggressive and disrespectful towards the young lady. It really shocked me as I would not expect that type of behaviour from anyone offering a service to the public. Overall this branch has been going down in consumer service drastically. Staff can only provide you with 1-800 numbers and referrals to staff that may or may not get back to you. Avoid the headache…use their ATM and get your advice elsewhere.
