I was in there this morning and what I witnessed was beyond disturbing. A young woman was being berated by a teller. Acting extremely aggressive and disrespectful towards the young lady. It really shocked me as I would not expect that type of behaviour from anyone offering a service to the public. Overall this branch has been going down in consumer service drastically. Staff can only provide you with 1-800 numbers and referrals to staff that may or may not get back to you. Avoid the headache…use their ATM and get your advice elsewhere.
I enjoyed banking here for well over 10 years (personally and my small business). They used to have exceptional service, but the new branch manager / team (as of 2024) have slipped considerably in their customer service. I can't recommend them at this point.
I want there and there is a woman her name. Is Maia she was very rude and was yea yelling at me because I don't speak English very well
