There was an older lady who spoke Arabic, and I believe she is Libyan. My dad spoke to her in Arabic because his English isn’t very strong. She was very rude to him and treated us poorly. I am very upset about this visit, worst TD ever.
Adriana has been exceptionally helpful. We loved the way she explained us the whole process and made sure that our doubts were addressed properly.
