On Tuesday, Feb 3, my husband and I (both seniors) had a very unsettling experience at the drive-thru ATM at Peter & Coldwater in Orillia. While we were in the middle of a withdrawal with our window open, a man approached from the sidewalk, came right up beside the ATM, looked directly at us, and asked for money. The service is a bit slow, and their outside drive thru ATM is ALWAYS broken, and since they lock the main doors, im stuck on Sundays and I cant use the ATM and im forced to pay a $4 service charge to use some other random one :/
Gwen and all the staff are so friendly and helpful at TD. I always feel comfortable asking questions about my banking and really appreciate to never be made to feel like it’s a silly question. Great experience every time!
Td used to be open from 8am to 8pm everyday! They even had a $5 garrentee that if bank machine didn't work they would pay you！ now you cant even have 4% interest wr used to be given 14% . Like wow what a country!!
Initially, TD closed the incorrect account. Instead of my father's account, they closed my 15-year-old nephew's account. I have had to make four separate calls to rectify this issue, yet it remains unresolved. After waiting five months for the issue to be resolved, I am still experiencing problems due to the incorrect account closure. I will never bank with TD again.
