As someone who is new to Canada, I really appreciated Amy Pundir’s help with setting up and understanding my TFSA investments. She was very patient, professional, and explained everything in a simple way that was easy to understand. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with the process. I’m very thankful for her guidance and would highly recommend Amy to anyone, especially newcomers to Canada who need clear and trustworthy financial advice.
Extremely disappointing customer service. It was a complete failure from management. I have never experienced this level of terrible customer service from a bank, or honestly, anywhere in my life. Our experience yesterday was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. Amisha failed to do her job properly, which resulted in other employees, Annie and Neeraj, having to scramble to try to accommodate us.
