I’ve called twice to speak to someone about my mortgage left two voicemails and haven’t received a call back yet also the lady who answered the phone when I called was extremely unprofessional.
I can't express in the strongest terms how unprofessional the Bank Manager, Susan Melfi, is. My experience suggests that her abilities are nonexistent in the role she has been given. Her actions and those of her staff have given us a reason to move our accounts of 30-plus years. Not that she would care!
