I live close to this branch, but I prefer going to the Market St location instead. Many times, I’ve been told that certain requests ‘cannot’ be processed here, yet the same requests—such as direct transfers or mortgage balances (cannot be obtained online) —are easily handled at Market St. Additionally, the overall atmosphere at this branch feels less welcoming compared to other TD locations.
Jim at the branch was very rude and arrogant. Went there to pay off 2 mortgages for a client and an unsecured LoC. Jim and his team member deposited the funds to the WRONG account. I had my clients calling me frantically. Instead of rectifying the mistake (eventually did, hopefully) Jim was so rude and constantly provoked me by talking in a very disrespectful tone. Really used to love this bank and have all my business here but I think it might be time to change. Today we are told there is a $200 fee for a credit card we have and it will be refunded 2 months later. Also I'm told I need to sign in to check my safety deposit box but then told only my spouse can go in because she has the key. I also had a key.
