Worst banking experience ever. I deposited a CIBC bank draft from my own CIBC account into my lawyer’s TD trust account. The teller, Pawan, processed the deposit without giving me any instructions or warnings, as it was a straightforward draft deposit. Two days later, when I tried to use my TD card, I discovered that my personal TD account had been placed on hold.
