I attended branch 341 in the morning of March 11th. I was greeted by a customer service rep who listened carefully to my request and outlined the options. My son was with me at the time. Once we settled on the options the rep then asked me if I was being forced to withdraw this money and referenced my son. As an older woman I was truly appreciative of this inquiry. My son is quite tall and can look intimidating. Kudos to this representative and the branch for your training initiatives. I was truly impressed.

Avoid this bank branch at all costs. You will stand in line for 20-30 minutes on a Saturday.
