It had very long Lines
Tellers are nice enough but no matter the day or time the line up is out the door and only 3 tellers working. Not like the bank doesn't make enough money to have full staff working. Worst location I've ever seen for this. As you can see from other reviews, many people complain about this and TD replies pretending to care and address the issue let it starts over a year ago and is still an ongoing issue so clearly nothing has been done.
I had a great experience here today. I would recommend this branch to anyone if they wanted courteous and friendly service.
The service is non existing. They are quite happy to take your money,but if you want service. Go elsewhere! After waiting 20 mins and complaining to staff and management, my reply was SORRY, HAVE A SEAT AND WAIT. I really believe they think we are just too old , have no rights and even though some of us have banked with them for decade we are just an inconveniences!
