Absolutely horrific "service". Management was NO HELP, rude, in no way empathetic or accommodating. Needed manager support for a 20 minute process, it took her 10+ minutes to walk over and make me explain the situation repeatedly only to refuse to help. If you must must must use TD stay away from this branch. They should be ashamed.
This bank is the worst, for the last 6 months or so they have messed all my banking up just because my bank card got frauded. Now I can't cash my paychecks with my cell phone because if I do they will only give me $100 of my pay and I have to wait for 5 business days for the rest. This has never happened to me with any bank and it's like just because my card got frauded they act like I am the one the frauded my own bank card. Manager at this branch named Patricia Houle is very helpful and kind. She helps me in tough time and provide much needed assistance to meet the deadline.
