Had an appointment setup instead of a phone. Go into the bank to see Chandni Patel. Completely wasted my time. No help no nothing. Made me loose money by taking a day off just for this meanwhile she could’ve asked me 1 singular question on the phone that would’ve avoided even having to go in. Terrible advisor. Do not suggest working with her. She has made me contemplate leaving TD entirely. Falsely leading me to believe something will happen to go in and sit down and get told otherwise in 2 minutes. Just had a great experience at this branch with Samira she was very pleasant and helped me reset my account. Her customer service skills are outstanding!!
When my sister passed and I was doing her estate business, I found the banking extremely kind and very helpful.
