Like in all TD branch's, the place is well maintend and well decorated not very busy so you would be answered after a short wait even if there is always someone. Young team so they may not know all about your account trained for fast simple and common tasks only, any difficult question you would better address a senior supervisor. This place will never miss a parking place, wheelchairs are welcome there are also a lot of shopping places all around for all tastes and needs from clothing to foods and so on. Expérience très agréable ce matin à la succursale de Boucherville ! Je me suis présentée au comptoir car il m'était impossible de m'inscrire aux services bancaires en ligne. Le service à la clientèle n'avait pas été en mesure de m'aider la veille. La personne ne comprenait pas ce qu'il fallait faire. Imane a réglé le problème en un tour de main! Efficace, professionnelle et très gentille. Merci pour le service 5 étoiles!!
Service médiocre, une demi heure d'attente pour payer ma carte de crédit US. Une seule agente pour deux clients , un client pour plus que 15 minutes ! Je préfère de loin le service à Longueuil. Les clients avec des grandes problématiques ne devraient pas rester aux guichets
Je suis toujours bien accueilli par des gens souriant et professionnel!
Je ne vous conseil pas depuis 30 client chez eux ils n'ont pas de confiance à moi et je n'ai pas de tout la confiance à eux
