Had a pleasant experience at TD Bank in Wingham today while switching some accounts around. The staff was helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. The branch wasn’t busy, so I was able to get in and out without any wait. There are about 12–14 parking spots right beside the building, including a handicap spot just steps from the entrance — super convenient. Great service in a quiet, accessible location!
Worst customer service ever, olivia the assistant manager, is horrible. Trying to reach her to get a document, and she print screens some internal only document and hands me it. Now im driving 2 hrs to my old branch where they treat customers with respect and care, to get my document she could have just printed from her email I hope management does something about this..
