I spend 1 hour on the phone with there staff and they have no clue how to answer a question who failed kindergarten there is a lot to be desired worst part is i still dont have the answer to my question these people don't care
Went in here to have some NSF returned, explained that I had my account payments set up for the 18th because that's when CCB came in and that I was going to change the data of the payments to ensure this would not happen again. The "Customer service Manager" Carol was extremely rude, accused me of lying when I said the CCB payments come on the 18th of the month, searched through years and years of my bank records and accused me of lying saying "CCB NEVER comes on the 18th, it always comes on the 20th" (wrong lol!) questioned... read more
My wife and I had an extremely great experience at the Steinbach branch. Janelle made our day by accomplishing everything we needed. Our request required time and some flexible, outside-the-box thinking from the staff. We were very happy and thankful.
