Branch manager won’t communicate and her and Ashley are liars and go against their word terrible at customer service after more look in reviews Ashley is a common problem but you guys clearly haven’t done anything money greedy people 😂 ill be closing my account and going somewhere else when I can terrible bank!
Went in to get currency exchanged as I have in the past, but was unaware of their new policy where non members are unable to do this. The teller (Christie) made me feel stupid for not knowing this and talked to me in a very unkind manner for no reason. She was rude to the man ahead of me too. Brutal customer service skills. A new policy is fine, but you should be capable of explaining that in a professional manner. Disappointing experience for sure.
