Rude customer service, why do they let you feel like you're a criminal, even after more than 20 years of banking there, not very nice at all!

Awful customer service, why not have more people on to assist people. We are in a community with lots of members who require additional assistance. This isn’t new, one person is working the teller desk and 3 people just stare at us from their offices. Incompetent bank manager as well.
