Absolutely terrible customer service. Incompetency is rampant from branch manager to small business manager. Giving one star because no stars is not an option. Avoid this branch and bank at all costs.
Teller was not very helpful, seemed to be having a bad day. Not friendly.
No busy and good customer service
They make high value customers feel like criminals. The same lady that sits at the desk behind the tellers does nothing except easedrop on customer conversations. She is always chatting with other employers and yawning. This branch in particular needs a strong review as to how to treat long time customers and how to build rapport and know their clients. Truthfully, after being part of opening 3 TD branches in my career, this branch is a disgrace.
Don't trust cash deposits in their ATM's. Deposited a sum of money, the ATM got it wrong, and the bank only credited me with 60% of my deposit.
