Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I opened an account with them because I read about their instant deposit when it comes to cheques. I went in person and made it very clear that I am opening an account specifically to deposit my work cheques and they assured me that it would not be put on hold. The very next day I deposited my cheque and it was on hold for 7 business days and when I called to verify they told me that it was because I deposited it online.
