Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I opened an account with them because I read about their instant deposit when it comes to cheques. I went in person and made it very clear that I am opening an account specifically to deposit my work cheques and they assured me that it would not be put on hold. The very next day I deposited my cheque and it was on hold for 7 business days and when I called to verify they told me that it was because I deposited it online. I don't like how he talked all my personal business for everyone in the bank to hear. But if I got upset then yal would hit the button.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Incompetency is rampant from branch manager to small business manager. Giving one star because no stars is not an option. Avoid this branch and bank at all costs.
Teller was not very helpful, seemed to be having a bad day. Not friendly.
