good hours, good location, clean. Unfortunately one particularly moody member who’s name rhymes with ‘hella ‘ was very hella unhelpful. I recently switched banks and was looking to get on the ‘student account’ as a masters student. I showed her my enrollment and class programs, showed my school app, my registration, anything I possibly could show and she continued to say nothing was good enough. In my undergrad with my other bank they never gave me nearly as much trouble. I gave up and left feeling like I regret my switch.
Staff very friendly and willing to help out with what's needed. Always smiling faces when I get down there, great atmosphere and very professional, I have used this td bank since I moved from Alberta and appreciate there service
The staff were friendly knowledgeable and very helpful. Took care of all the issues I had. Great experience.
