Not very helpful to me when I required banking services.
Good service
Mine was a tale of woe involving the Ryan Rd TD staff, who are particularly inept, and apparently do not care until I switched to the Guthrie Rd branch. The considerably more professional Guthrie Rd TD staff got-the-job-done in about 10 minutes during my fifth branch visit that day. The tale of woe includes several phone calls to online customer support, and then 4 trips to the Ryan Rd branch, (taking up most of my day) to deal with an access card problem that prevented me from using online banking. Danielle is a phenomenal employee! I had a complicated banking issue that no other branch or rep I spoke to was able to help me with. After several months of getting referred to different branches and bankers, she was able to find the SOP for what to do and really helped me out with getting that finally sorted! Really appreciate that :)
