Typical bank but if you use the ATM and aren't part of TD they charge 5$ to withdraw cash...all I can say is wow.
Cannot use the drive-thru atm with my TD Card. The machine tells me my chip is not recognized. I also tried this with my credit card and the same issue appeared. Works fine at RBC and everywhere else. Also have this issue at the Ryan Road location.
Not very helpful to me when I required banking services.

Mine was a tale of woe involving the Ryan Rd TD staff, who are particularly inept, and apparently do not care until I switched to the Guthrie Rd branch. The considerably more professional Guthrie Rd TD staff got-the-job-done in about 10 minutes during my fifth branch visit that day. The tale of woe includes several phone calls to online customer support, and then 4 trips to the Ryan Rd branch, (taking up most of my day) to deal with an access card problem that prevented me from using online banking.
