The staff is very friendly and very pleasant. They always know you by name and always have time for a good chat.
Great bank, only wish that they were able to provide notary services too.
Horrible service, very poor communication. Have sent in documentation multiple times and they lose it and want it back all the time: I went into Td once to talk to someone about a letter in the mail and they said I had to go online and book an appointment to see someone. Will never deal with this bank again.
