The Grimsby TD branch has an amazing team from the tellers to our wealth manager Rick Shantz. TD bank has been my banking institution for 5 decades where I have always had good experiences but in Grimsby they've always been great! All the tellers are knowledgeable, friendly & personable. Terrible customer service, was not helpful at all.
Yesterday I had gone into the branch having the worst day. Had an appointment with Precious and I also had talked to the manager April who is absolutely amazing. beside the fact i had a mental breakdown crying in the office. April and Precious did everything they could to help me and April went even further out of her way to help me which she didnt have to do but im beyond grateful for how i was treated aswell as all the help i got from them both. Words cant explain how thankful i am. ♥️
Been living in Grimsby for a while and I smile every time i walk in. Had a great call with Jacob today. Makes me appreciate the bank once you experience other banks.
