My father went to this branch to reset his card code,despite providing his 2 valid government identifications and all his personal informations,they refused to reset his code,they simply said we never saw you here and we are not able to do it.Once the manager called she said the same thing and it is funny they put a note on his profile that where ever he goes they question him and give him a hard time.Avoid this branch at all cost

The Grimsby TD branch has an amazing team from the tellers to our wealth manager Rick Shantz. TD bank has been my banking institution for 5 decades where I have always had good experiences but in Grimsby they've always been great! All the tellers are knowledgeable, friendly & personable.
