Awful customer service. Very slow. After finally getting to me, we requested to use the bathroom for my 4 year old and they refused.
Tired of coming to this bank and theres a lineup with 2 tellers , figure it out already
If you expect to be served in a reasonable amount of time fo anywhere else but here. Silly me thought oh there is only one person in line it is my lucky day. Maybe there was only one person in line because everyone else in town knows better than to come here. Don't get me wrong it is more important for the ladies in the back to have their social time but waiting 24 min it too long for just one person in line.
We went there today to open a business account. Rita was very kind and patient. We wanted to do in-person appointment so she tried for us and we got it. Will go back again!
