This branch is understaffed. I have been here several times and have had to wait in line for half an hour due to one employee working while give other employees sit in their offices and don't offer help.
Horrible experience. Worst branch I’ve ever been to by far and I have been to 14 branches. There is a very large unit in there very rude, unprofessional, obnoxious, and I think its name was rafaella or something along those lines. Do not recommend ever stepping foot into this place, better off going to another branch.
Staff is always helpful, service was exceptional, very knowledgeable workers helped even in complicate non-common cases. Special thanks to Nick and Precious!
My father went to this branch to reset his card code,despite providing his 2 valid government identifications and all his personal informations,they refused to reset his code,they simply said we never saw you here and we are not able to do it.Once the manager called she said the same thing and it is funny they put a note on his profile that where ever he goes they question him and give him a hard time.Avoid this branch at all cost
