Went in with my elderly mother to get her a new bank card. The lady who helped us was efficient, informative and polite. Very rare to get this type of service at TD anymore.
We have been dealing with TD in general for many years and it has always been great experience. Appointments that fit into our schedule or doing things online or via email during Covid. The branch we use most often is Beamsville and the staff there are always pleasant and greet you with a smile and helpful. Love trying to get to the bank after a work day, show up at 545 and the gates closed with doors locked.
Would recommend not to take financial advice from this branch. Booked an appointment with Rachita and ended up owing $1700 to the CRA.
Terrible advice from advisors and they take zero responsibility for any mistakes. Highly recommend any other bank.
