5 stars to Juan and the manager with him on tuesday 2/10/26 afternoon at 5:30pm. Im not a customer but I am with TD through my auto loan and I had a tricky situation and they went down to business — not rushing and taking their time even when theyre closing up the branch. As someone who is anxious they reassured me about my case these people makes me wanna switch banks
I talked to a real person on the phone who was very helpful! Warms my heart in this “day and age”.
My client & I recently went to this branch to switch all of her business banking from CIBC to TD. Brett was very helpful, gave good advice on products we needed. He accomplished in 1 hour things that she has been waiting 6 months for CIBC to assist with. It was a very good feeling when we left to know we counted! That evening she received all the documents for signatures electronically. Brett has reached out on our behalf to other staff members who will assist with other products. Thanks so much!!
