I rarely, if ever, take the time to write a review, but in this case I consider I have a responsibility to inform the public of the customer service experience at this branch. I had an issue I needed to resolve quickly, and one of the employees was extremely dismissive, rude, and raised his voice at me on the phone in a way that left me shaking. I had a busy week and did not care to leave a review, until this morning when his branch manager called me, accusing me of exactly what this atrocious employee did. This is super tox... read more
Super convenient branch. Just off the main highway.

Service is getting worse almost everytime I go to this branch. There does not seem to be any consistency among staff nor the "management " of the branch. It's sad to see the fall of another "customer service" organization. When will we stop supporting mediocre to terrible services???
