I called the branch today and had a very disappointing experience. A representative named Shamer answered the call and was quite rude from the beginning. I asked if I could speak with Cris, and she refused to transfer the call without giving a proper reason. When I asked her how opening an account works, she was unable to explain the process clearly or professionally. It has been at least three months that the ATMs print illegible transaction receipts. I complained a month ago, but it is not fixed yet.
