Friendly staff with great service
Excellent customer service. For first time there, I experienced an Amazing customer service. The beutiful angel miss Grace mead me feel I am part of TD Bank family. I asked her I want to open accounts if is possible to do today? She answered of course and start processing for opening new accounts. Please do not go to this branch as it is worst served TD branch ever. Team will never understand or address your issue rather show attitude. So different that nay other TD branch team and helping attitude. I have ordered precious metals and got a call that its ready for pick up and after 2 days when i show up , the lade named Garce ask me to wait for 5 minutes. after she come and said " you have to come again as we dont have manager at branch " its so convenient for them to say " come again " - no sorry no please - rude and ... read more
