Been banking with TD since I was 16, but the recent changes and the fact that I can not access the ATM at my own branch when i need it is unacceptable. Go with any other bank in town and you won't have this problem. The other branch in charlottetown isn't even locked after hours, it is just this joke of a branch. Going to talk with an advisor at CIBC to see about getting switched over. they gave me a new bank card because of my old card didn't work anymore and they wont give me a temporary password to log in to pay my phone bill or my car payment
As useless as it gets. They are only open to accomodate people that don't work 9-5 What Bank isn't open on a Saturday.
Horrible service on hold for 3 hours people are rude and have no knowledge of what they are doing wanted to get insurance for a car I just bought for 1 hour to drive home and they were incapable of doing so worst insurance company I have ever delt with would never recommend this company to anyone let alone my worst enemy. Absolute joke of a insurance company
