Super unhelpful, I understand that it's busy but after being there twice in a day and being told to come back a third time I definitely won't be using them again
Been banking with TD since I was 16, but the recent changes and the fact that I can not access the ATM at my own branch when i need it is unacceptable. Go with any other bank in town and you won't have this problem. The other branch in charlottetown isn't even locked after hours, it is just this joke of a branch. Going to talk with an advisor at CIBC to see about getting switched over. And if I get one of those automated responses I'm not even going to talk to the advisor at CIBC, I'll be closing my accounts immediately and ... read more
they gave me a new bank card because of my old card didn't work anymore and they wont give me a temporary password to log in to pay my phone bill or my car payment
