Customer service at this branch has gone downhill. They used to look for ways to help their customers, now they want to do the bare minimum. I asked if there was a customer survey I could complete to voice my dissatification, and a manager said they had no feedback mechanism available. The bar is lower and lower it seems.
This is the TD branch we get the worst service at and the wait times are super long.

If you ever wanna feel gaslit by your own bank this is the bank location for you! I explain to them my issue and it's clearly their fault for what was happening but they told me to take accountability instead of correcting the issue and returning funds which was their fault. RBC and Scotiabank would have corrected this the proper way but instead they made ME feel stupid for THEM lying/not knowing what was wrong with my account for months.
