I went in to sort out my account. The teller was professional and good at her job.
I have nothing but good things to say about the people and service at TD Smiths Falls. From Safety deposit boxes, to Investments, to Bank Wires, the staff here is extremely helpful. On the occasion where they were not sure, they took the time to find out how, and addressed my requirements, instead of saying it cannot be done. My dealings with other banks in Smiths Falls have left me irritated and unsuccessful in completing the desired transactions whenever doing anything but basic deposits.
Got told the manager can't verify a scotia bank-bank draft that was signed by 2x employees of that scotia bank branch, because she can't call the branch as it's a 1-800 number. There's no "local number" Each Scotiabank in Ottawa has their own 613 number. You shouldn't make states that are not rooted in truth to your customers Managers statements
