I was nervous to go here based on others reviews. However luckily that was not our experience. I took my son to open an account and Debbie made the whole experience engaging, humorous and a happy time for both my son and I. She was also able to relate finances to easier concepts he would understand. I definitely recommend going to Debbie if you are in need of opening an account! Thank you!
-0000.1 Stars if I could. Staff is extremely slow and poorly qualified. Even simple question requires manager assistance. Also only 1 ATM at the branch, in most cases it is out of service so you're forced to see useless teller. Changing bank tomlorow. Sick of it. Never again. Scotia bank is the way to go for me. Don't waste your time with TD.
After banking here since I was 16 the British lady teller was so rude to me I closed my accounts and switched banks. She should not be working in customer service!
What kind of bank doesn't have a functioning ATM? Two mornings in a row I was unable to withdraw any cash. Waste of time.
