Worst bank and customer service ever. Wouldn't let me deposit a bank draft into my sisters account without an 80% holdback for 5 days. When the teller found out I wasn't a member of TD he told me I had to become a member or it was a 100% holdback for 5 days. From my point of view, that constitutes blackmail. Sister will now switch banks, worst banking experience ever. Don't recommend.
Superb service and friendly staff. Makes RBC look like an understaffed Waffle House by comparison.
Special thanks to Velvet and the staff at the local CIBC branch in assisting me with expediting a transfer of funds. In spite of some logistical difficulties, I must say the people there worked very hard to meet my needs.
