Each time I come, the lineup is ridiculously long (and they only have a couple of tellers at a time). They're incredibly slow and incredibly incompetent. The tellers and managers fail to get anything done. Terrible branch.
The worse of the worse branches of TD bank. Never calling customers back . I regret every time I go there! Every single representative looks at you like I owe them money. Very rude ,disrespectful and extremely unprofessional and judgmental . TD bank you can do so much better when hire your staff.
March09, 2026 at 9 am went there to cash my Cheque, first I had to wait 15 minutes past opening posted hours as they opened the door late with no sincere appology or acknowledgement .Teller told me she needs the approval from her supervisor who told me she will hold the Cheque for 5 business days despite me being a TD customer for 40 years and despite the note on my account stating No Hold as well as having a high limit of unsecured line of credit with them. At first had a good experience with George P from this branch but then he failed to ever respond back to my emails, Take your business to another bank!
Terrible banking service especially with the branch manager, she has no respect to their customer. Interrupted our communication with her banker without any apologies. Question clients' choice with a condescending manner.
