They are taking lunch while everybody is waiting for the line, had to make 1h for somebody to help us! Only 2 workerss are working, show some care!
Terrible experience
I’m beyond frustrated with how this TD branch is run — especially by the branch manager. There are always long lineups, and yet they consistently schedule only two tellers, even during peak hours. It’s unacceptable for such a large bank to have customers waiting so long for basic services. The manager clearly has no understanding of proper scheduling or customer service priorities. I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience at this TD branch has been consistently disappointing. No matter when I visit, there’s always a long line and only two tellers working. It makes no sense, especially for such a busy location. Whoever is in charge of scheduling is clearly not doing a good job. It feels like customer time isn’t valued at all. I hope TD takes this seriously and improves the management and staffing at this branch.
