I’ve been with this branch for 30 years. It used to be personal and helpful. Now, you never get the same person which was something I appreciated the most. No one actually looks after you anymore. I find the wait times just to talk to the receptionist crazy and today after being put on hold before I could even speak, and left there, when my call was finally answered I was told to call TD online - I always had personal service before and I had also written the person who was going to renew my GIC asking for help and heard not... read more
