I have been using TD now for almost 2 decades. I paid off my house mortage 2 years ago and I am still waiting for my mortage discharge papers... Ive brought this up numerous times now over the years... I'm really considering changing banks because of this Update - They actually did call me back after 2 or 3 days! Finally got a confirmation letter for my mortage discharge.
