I spent 40 minutes trying to obtain a Canadian wire transfer for a Real Estate transaction yesterday -March 24rd/26. The teller did not seem to know what she was doing. When she brought out the Branch Manager several errors were made before completely processed. I’ve been with this branch for 30 years. It used to be personal and helpful. Now, you never get the same person which was something I appreciated the most. No one actually looks after you anymore. I find the wait times just to talk to the receptionist crazy and today after being put on hold before I could even speak, and left there, when my call was finally answered I was told to call TD online - I always had personal service before and I had also written the person who was going to renew my GIC asking for help and heard not... read more
