Every td bank I have been to has atm access 24/7. I don't understand why the doors were locked and the drive thru atm was not on. This is concerning that the td closest to my new home restricts access to my own money! As a customer who pays bank fees, I should have access to my money when I need it! If restricting access to my own money is how this company now operates, then I'll be considering switching to a different company completely.
Always great experience at this branch, yes - sometimes there are line ups, but for the most part it’s quick, efficient and courteous service. Justina is awesome!!
Worse bank I have ever seen the ambiance is terrible they play loud music until we can’t hear the cashier. The entrance smells like pi and the teller are mean and the manager thinks she is so special
