Amazing staff and customer service at this branch. Justyna opened multiple accounts for my parents. She was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. My parents say she delivered the best banking experience they ever had. Merci Beaucoup..!
I had to wait in line 10 minutes and their TV played NDP political propaganda which I do not support. I complained to manager I did not want to see socialist propaganda at my bank. Not a happy capitalist.
Terrible customer service. The teller 'R' (will not note her full name) was rude, condescending, and belittling. I've never had any bank teller espeak to me the way she did. I actually had to tell her stop being rude to me. My only mistake was mishearing her and her needing to repeat herself twice. I even apologized and explained that I was very tired.
