Worst service and bad hours i will change banks
I have been with TD since 1986, On Dec.30,/25 I asked for a copy of a cheque dated May 2/25 the conversation was not over that they had deducted service charges. By the end of January still no cheque copy in the mail.I called againFeb 2/26, answer we will make sure you get it, Feb16/26 still no copy, called again, go to your TD branch and they will print it out. My TDbranch is 27km away. By phone they tell me it might take 2 or3 weeks to get the o.k. from Head Office.. to print it out. How many stars would you give this bank... read more
