This one star is regarding being here Friday afternoon with only two tellers working and the line out the door. Elders standing for long periods of time. Really sad.
Had to get a replacement credit card, asked them to deliver to this branch as they are using a courier service and not canada post, was told by agent should take 7-10 days and to call in a week as some branches do not phone on receipt. Called 7 days ago and was told they would call me when in but will transfer to front and then hung up on me. Called 14 days later and was told they would call when in. Now at 19 days and still no call. Horrible service at this branch as they fail to answer phone or get hung up and not willing ... read more
Friday afternoon 6 people walking around 1 teller working been here 35 mins still have 3 people in front of me and 9 behind me at least 4 people left
