Had to get a replacement credit card, asked them to deliver to this branch as they are using a courier service and not canada post, was told by agent should take 7-10 days and to call in a week as some branches do not phone on receipt. Called 7 days ago and was told they would call me when in but will transfer to front and then hung up on me. Called 14 days later and was told they would call when in. Now at 19 days and still no call. Horrible service at this branch as they fail to answer phone or get hung up and not willing ... read more

Absolutely ridiculous interaction with the Yorkton TD bank. I got a new phone number and went to change mine to be able to log in online and verify, but the cashier didn’t listen and changed my password instead so I still can’t log in online. I tried to tell him I knew the password and needed to change the phone number and he didn’t understand or want to help so I left and I’m super disappointed with the branch to be honest. I've been with this branch as long as I can remember. Honestly I've never in all that time had a problem with them. And even if I did, I don't remember because they resolved it. Always a great crew, line for the teller can be a bit long sometimes. I've done all my banking through this branch besides my mortgage!
