Used to be a separate business teller line at the Moose Jaw TD branch, which made things much more efficient. Waited over 10 minutes only to be told they no longer have a business line and had to go wait all over again in the regular line instead of just being helped there. Felt like a complete lack of common sense and poor customer service.
I am usually happy but this time felt rushed and although Mortgage Advisor usually good was impatient. I believe it is for 2 reasons it was drawing close to closing time on Friday.....also he has been the only Mortgage advisor for sometime now and has been likely overwhelmed and becoming frustrated so I gave him grace this time. Lets get with it and get some folks in to take the load off. Not just anyone that will take a salary but quality folks that care. Trying to get through to the 1866 number and they keep sending it to loss prevention they say they're there to help they don't help they just make things harder
