Theres only ever 2 tellers on and people lined up for ages, the one entrace has been under construction for months for work that could've been done in a week, this bank is the biggest joke I've ever seen
Absolutely the worst service in trying to get a commercial loan. I almost lost a deal last year because the loan officer was not responding as well as never got the info to us to fill out. I got a fourth extension from the seller and went to another bank. I now have another property I’m looking at and here we are a week later and nothing. How do you guys do business if this is how you treat your current clients of 8 years.
Worst customer service ever, the attendant didn't even try to accommodate my needs. I looked her in the eye and asked if I should say "thanks?'" for the "service?" ....I would have better spent my time jabbing a dull pencil in my temple.
The best Td branch I see cross Canada very efficiently serving nice customers ppl well done hope to see all Td branch like mose jaw
