This branch employees are very slow and do not understand anything. Seriously, the factory is very bad.
The quality and service at this TD is the absolute worst. What is our country coming to when a big reputable financial institution cannot perform basic banking tasks? I had the manager Camal, deposit money in the wrong account after I specifically gave her the last 4 digits. When i asked her to fix it she told me to call TD easy line, while easy line told me to go into the branch. If you want to be discriminated against this is the branch for you, on two seperate occasions I was told that my transaction cannot be made without holds do to company policy, such policy does not exist as told to me by TD Head office. On both those occasions 2 other branches had no issue with my transaction. It is NOT company policy but the discretion of the teller. Avoid this branch.
Manager, Kamaljeet Kaur was very professtional and helpful. While she was training and a new employee but this did not stop her to provide the best costomer service.
