Very disappointed with one of the branch person named Amanpreet Kaur. She doesnot have any good knowledge. She made me come back to the branch as she forgot to take signature on 1 of the document. And she has kept my money on hold for more than 7 business days. Now I need to run behind the branch as the back office cannot help me on this. Disgusting!!!

I was very disappointed about the service I experienced today, they lied, didn't answer my simple question, and only talked about useless stuff. They kept making mistakes and the last guy I talked to was completely incompetent and had no idea what he was doing. Edit: I initially gave them 1 star, but since they responded to my review, they seem willing to improve, so I changed it to 3 stars.
