Horrible location, the staff are so rude and condecending for no reason.
The Branch Manager here ( Paula Hutchison) is an extremely selfish self serving individual. After my financial advisor incorrectly over contributed to my TFSA, she gave verbal confirmation that I would be reimbursed for a two part fine I would be receiving from the CRA. She (through the bank) reimbursed the initial larger fine, but when I returned next year for reimbursement of the final smaller fine, she denied ever giving her word and told me that no evidence existed of any agreement to reimburse me. Erika helped us and the experience was too bad
Very disappointed with one of the branch person named Amanpreet Kaur. She doesnot have any good knowledge. She made me come back to the branch as she forgot to take signature on 1 of the document. And she has kept my money on hold for more than 7 business days. Now I need to run behind the branch as the back office cannot help me on this. Disgusting!!!
