It’s Friday morning, big lineup only one CS rep and one training guy serving customers. Bad customer service.
Bad experience. So useless at problem solving. From the manager and the staff, all unwilling to help at all. Even the manager is as incompetent and clueless as the staff. I’m so confused how they function at all. How is this TD? Disgrace to the company. Or maybe it’s the company’s fault for allowing such incompetent branch to run with no standards.
