Bad experience. So useless at problem solving. From the manager and the staff, all unwilling to help at all. Even the manager is as incompetent and clueless as the staff. I’m so confused how they function at all. How is this TD? Disgrace to the company. Or maybe it’s the company’s fault for allowing such incompetent branch to run with no standards. I would like to commend Adeeb (Account Manager) for his exceptional support in assisting me with changes to my business account at TD. In addition to addressing my concerns promptly, he helped me apply for credit cards and issued me a business access card during the same appointment. His professionalism, efficiency, and dedication made the entire process seamless and stress-free.
Bank stole my money - flat out fraud Edit - I don't want to discuss you lack of service, I want my money back. And I have been on the phone all day with your staff. They said flat out no - you can't have your money back. Gabrielle - I've called 3 times with no resolution. Can I escalate this matter to someone who has access to help me out? Been on hold for hours now.
