I had a very frustrating experience at this location. A staff member, possibly the assistant manager, was rude and unhelpful during a time when we were trying to access funds for an emergency. She asked a lot of unnecessary questions and made the process more difficult than it needed to be. I didn’t get her name, but I will make sure to note it if this happens again. I hope management can look into how customers are being treated, especially in urgent situations.
Why is it so slow here! Terrible service!
First time in here. I waited 10 minutes to see a teller. It working have been so bad of the line was moving but it wasn't. Maybe it was just bad timing. I can drop by another time to see his it is again.
This bank will never do anything to help the customer. Malik Hirani really needs to take a course on customer service. I opened by account at this branch almost 20 years ago. And they still hold my funds. I have a decent balance but always an excuse with this guy. A certified bank draft can be verified by the bank the issues it. He refuses to call and verifyb
