just spoke to Sarru on the phone. she had amazing customer service and was very helpful and efficient. she definitely eased my concerns about the issue i had!
There were only a couple people in line but regardless i had to wait 30 minutes in line. The service here is really slow.
Malik Herani is probably the best bank manager I’ve met. I was faced with an issue and he was able to step in help in all ways possible. Thanks for being so great!
If the 0 star existsed, I would ve given to them. Most tellers and the supervisors working there are rude, lack of knowledge and misguided the Clients. I had a draft and needed the funds right away, but they deposited my draft and then told me of on hold for 8 days. That's ridiculous, they don't give information before doing the transaction and after that blaming the client that I should knew this by myself. Plus they pretend that they already told me. Especially the lady name Poojah is a very bad manager there
