Always short on tellers , and there could be 20 people in line and the tellers and manager is making non stop small talk with customers. Zero self awareness.
all new employees don’t know how to resolve clients issue especially who’s been a client since 2008, bank manger is rude doesn’t allow you to speak.
Excellent staff , an office name Zooha was wonderful and help me a lot . She is one of the best officer in the bank
