Slow service. No staff move with any sense of urgency even with long lines.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the bank representatives, the lady named Ben. She was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy throughout the interaction. Instead of offering clear guidance or assistance, she seemed irritated and yelled. Customer service should be about support and respect, and unfortunately, this rep fell far short of that standard. I hope the bank takes steps to ensure better training and accountability for their staff going forward.
Just wanted to give a shout out to manager Joanne Lamanna! I was having a problem with my account, called Td 8 times the last month and no one was able to help. Joanne was able to figure it out and fixed it!! It made my day! 😆😆😆
Rowin mgr was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
The absolute worse experiences coming to this branch. Very inconsistent with their policy’s depending on who is working. Extremely high turnover. No one seems to know the right answers, they can’t be bothered to figure out their own mistakes. Absolute waste of time
