Been using this branch last 20 yrs , couple of yrs ago same staff and quick service was a thing, now every visit staff are slow , disorganized, need assistance from other members, line up for hours on a middle of the day, end of the month / 1st few days of the month don't bother coming in , long lines waiting to cash their checks.
Disappointed. Worst customer service ever seen in a bank. Don’t care about customers at all.
Understaffed branch with big line up always. Super slow.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been attempting to process an early renewal for my mortgage and HELOC at this branch, and it has been a total nightmare from start to finish. Over the course of SEVEN months, I had to constantly send reminders and double-check their work just to get basic answers. Communication was practically non-existent unless I dragged it out of them.Worst banking experience I’ve had in years.
