I had a very disappointing experience dealing with the bank manager Jennifer Badaloo. The level of customer service was far below what I expected. My concerns were not properly addressed, and the communication felt dismissive and unhelpful. As someone in a leadership position, I would expect a much higher level of professionalism and willingness to assist customers. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect that.
I am the Executor of an Estate. 3 Cancelled meeting (10 Min. before the meeting) and documents not being sent up properly by the branch....horrible .
Usman was very helpful and professional. He was able to help me with my financial problems with no issues. I would recommend this TD branch to anyone.
Had an amazing transaction with Usman, he was very patient and informative. He helped us solved our issue we were having with a bank draft. He is also very knowledgeable and knows a lot about different types of accounts
