I appreciate Sahil's help, especially I'm new comer here in Terrace, I already have my bank account in other province but the customer service in this town is different, the banking associate in this bank is helpful and super approachable even I'm not a local. Thank you Sahil!
I had an account with TD for over 10 years and because I haven't used my banking for over 2 months they closed my account. I still have an account cibc for 15 years that I never use and they still sending me bank statements every second month.
The employee was friendly, polite and efficient. The wait time in line was reasonable. The location has lots of parking and the bank was clean and bright inside.
The most useless bank and staff
I watched one of the new manager/supervisor talk down to two of the bank tellers who have been there many years and have provided me with great Customer Service. I saw the whole interaction and If it was me on the recieving end that manager/supervisor would have answered to a higher calling. Please treat your Terrace tellers like they bring in your business, cause they do... otherwise your just a bank. 5 Stars to the tellers no stars to the Man/sup. Rating is a balance between.
