I had a really good experience with this branch Manager special Thanks to her
Last week they put a 5 day hold on a bank draft from RBC I brought in. Seems underhanded. The teller claimed they had received false bank drafts in the past. I am assuming they are now punishing customers for their insufficient fraud security measures. Either that, or they just want to hold bank drafts for 5 days in order to make a slight investment percentage. Either case warrants a 1 star review. Get your act together over there.
It was nice, but they don't open on Sundays!! Our family had to use the drive-through ATM!! People were waiting for more than five minutes!! 좋은데 일요일날 열지를 안네요.ㅠㅠ 드라이브 트루 ATM 을 써야했어요ㅠㅠ 10분이상 기다림 ㅠㅠ
Had appointment with Sujen today , unprofessional and rude. Reported to the branch manager, received dishonest solution. I understood for your procedure and policy but everyone has the knowledge of how everything works, you could have just be honest and take your time and patience to explain so people know how to get things done without been sending all over the places. Now I understand why this branch has such low rating .
Wonderful staff, very helpful and knowledgeable,miss Aparna (MCE) and Poorvika ( Branch Manger) always ready to help, front desk staff Tyrece is also very professional and well trained, keep it up guys, 👍
