Extremely Unprofessional. I had a confirmed appointment at 3:00 PM. When I arrived, the bank took a different client in my time slot and made me wait for 45 minutes. I eventually had to leave because I didn’t have any more time to waste. Completely disrespectful of my time and commitment — if you value punctuality and basic professionalism, look elsewhere.

Sat Jun 21, 25 @ 2:00pm: 25+ minutes in line up for teller. They should start handing out numbers so people could wait on couches instead of making them stand in line. They have a cardboard with a message "We bank on Respect". Making people stand in line like that isn't respecting their clients. I'll try my best to avoid this slow location. Respect goes both ways.

Last week they put a 5 day hold on a bank draft from RBC I brought in. Seems underhanded. The teller claimed they had received false bank drafts in the past. I am assuming they are now punishing customers for their insufficient fraud security measures. Either that, or they just want to hold bank drafts for 5 days in order to make a slight investment percentage. Either case warrants a 1 star review. Get your act together over there.
