I’ve been coming here for about 14 years now and no matter what day or situation it may be the work gets done sufficiently and efficiently. They are kind and of great service. I definitely recommend this branch for all your financial needs. I recently was serviced by Chadrima and she did a productive job at providing me with what I needed! Vlad is kind and manages the place well! Good and fast customer service
Friday 1 person one teller, lots of employees standing around doing nothing, line up out the door these ppl dont care about the customers
I have been going on this branch from last 5 year...seems last 2 year, branch do not have sufficient staff to support the customer. Stood up in teller line for 30 min on 14 april around 2 PM but noone give any focus on it...seems all the managers are missing who can manage situation.. Such a mismanagement.... Bank team: feel free to reach out if you need more details.
I would rate this lower but it is not possible. This is the most incompetent and least customer first bank I have ever seen or banked at. There is never enough tellers at the end of the day when people get off from work and they need to talk to a teller or someone else. Many of them are always getting someone to check their work.
