I had a great experience. I had an appointment with Mariam, and she was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She took her time to make sure everything was done correctly and carefully, without rushing anything.

This is my mom's main branch. We usually go to the other TD down near Harwood but we went here this morning to sort out a banking issue that she was having. Nothing crazy just a small issue. Very simple. The customer service representative was absolutely aweful. I am in customer service and have been for over 20 years.
