Very bad site
I am writing this review regarding the service my client received at the TD Canada Trust – Acton Branch on March 12. My client visited the branch to request either a wire transfer or a bank draft to be issued to a brokerage trust account for a real estate transaction after successfully purchasing a home earlier that day. When she arrived, she spoke with a sales representative who identified herself as the closing manager of the branch. BEWARE! This branch literally gave a 3rd party full access to my personal account and reset my password for them to get access, by adding their phone number first, for the two factor authentication. Can't make this stuff up.. Details below: The branch accidentally gave a 3rd party a bank card in my name, to someone else with the same last name. This person was having issues logging in, so the bank added their phone number to my two-factor-authentication part of my account. The branch then used the added number to RESET my pa... read more
