Worst experience I have safety locker I closed . I gave them both keys. They take money from my account. Without my permission. I called them ask bout they said come to branch .
Came here for a stuff few weeks before. Manager named Yogesh Sharma was so unprofessional and rude unnecessarily. These managers need to be re-educated about the basic customer service or a seniority attitude they carry with the customers. I saw her having the same attitude with other guys before me as well. Their was a young guy who helped me in the last. Avoid this branch at all cost if you don't want to spoil your day. TBH TD in general is pretty good, but people like these make it horrible.
Manager is rude and untrained. Does not know how to communicate politely. I was planning to start banking with td but not anymore.
