I used to love it here because of the awesome service and great hours But not anymore. So frustrating. How am I supposed to work 9-5 Mon to Fri and go to my bank? What a joke. Not like it's a dentist or doctors office or something actually useful
Shocked at the completely unprofessional unwillingness to help. We had a simple request to help get my wife's online banking to work again. The woman we spoke with was extremely unreasonable. Just one more good reason most of our money is elswewhere. Due to the unusual number of very negative reviews, the preponderance of evidence suugests one person is directly responsible for the damage done. TD needs to take this very seriously, as most of the replies seem to be mere platitudes.
I will never ever go this branch, The manager is very very rude, cashier was very nice
Awful people, they refused to help me get a replacement card. All I'd in order. The manager Is a real piece of work very aggressive
Manager is very unprofessional and rude, changes her policies/rules everytime I'm in the branch. Very unwilling to try and help find solutions. Staff provide incorrect information regularly. Removing all personal and business accounts from TD in the coming weeks.
