My appointment was booked at this branch with Navpreet and they informed me 15 min before my appointment that shes not here today my appointment was at 3:30pm and they informed at 3:15pm.This same thing also happened with me at this branch before 2-3 times.
Very bad service this location
If you want an institution to make you feel like a whiny criminal before destroying your life with their petty Rules. Fake. Incompetent. Rigid. Insincere and completely void of critical thinking abilities. I would steer clear. They ruined a 35 year business with one phone call. Blech
