This branch does not value someone else’s time. I waited 45 mins just to access my own locker. No one at the front counter so if you need something you gotta wait in line to talk to the tellers. For the whole day max there is like two tellers available and they have like nine counters. I wouldn’t recommend this branch at all.
My Experience with TD Bank – Abbotsford Branch I had a very disappointing experience with TD Bank. I booked an appointment to open my personal professional banking account at the Abbotsford branch. The representative who was assigned to me called and pressured me to cancel my appointment because he wanted the day off. When I refused, he went ahead and cancelled my appointment himself.
