06-02-25 Branch 0115 I don’t have an account with TD however I do have a loan with TD, I wanted access to online information about my loan. Customer support told me I had to go into the branch and show my id and they would help me. While I was waiting in line for a teller, I asked a young man walking past me if I needed to see a teller.
