1:50 am Aug 25 2025 The drive thru ATM doesn’t work. There was no sign indicating it was out of order. Was unable to do what I needed to do, very disappointing Waste of gas and time coming here!

On Monday 21, 12:30. I experienced terrible service from TD Bank. There was a huge line of customers and the 2 girls working there were not helping anyone at all and were just looking at the customers. They should be properly trained or fired immediately. People don’t have time to wait in line and many people left. Please hire and train your employees properly.
On July 21 around 12:30, I had an extremely frustrating experience at TD Bank. The bank was packed with customers, yet only two employees were visible, and neither seemed interested in assisting anyone. They were standing around, chatting, and ignoring the growing line. It was completely unprofessional. Several people got tired of waiting and walked out. This kind of service is unacceptable. The staff either needs proper training or should be replaced. I had one of the worst experiences at TD Bank today. There were two employees just standing at the front desk, chatting and doing absolutely nothing while customers were clearly waiting to be helped. Not once did they greet anyone or offer assistance. They just stood there like we were invisible. THESE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! If this is the kind of service TD offers now, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Do better.
